Good to know
- Every feature in every plan
- Plans differ only in the number of users and interview minutes per month. Recording, transcription, speaker recognition, glossary, questions across all interviews, export and MCP access are included everywhere.
- What counts as an interview minute
- We count the length of audio and video recordings you upload or record in the current billing period. Uploaded transcripts (VTT, SRT, DOCX, TXT) don’t count. The number of interviews is not capped.
- What that means in interviews
- We assume 60 minutes per conversation here – the long version, not the flattering one. On that assumption, 300 minutes is roughly 5 interviews a month, 1,000 minutes roughly 16 and 5,000 minutes roughly 83. If your conversations run closer to 30 minutes, double the count. Uploaded transcripts come on top without counting.
- 7-day free trial
- Every plan starts with a 7-day trial that you can end at any time at no cost. After that, your subscription renews monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime in the Paddle customer portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. As a new customer, you can get a full refund on request within 14 days of your first payment; after that, there are no prorated refunds.
