Ask your discovery repository what customers said. Even two years ago.

Discoverify records and transcribes your customer interviews and keeps them searchable over time. Every answer shows how many customers raised a point and since when, backed by verbatim quotes and the exact moment in the audio.

What has changed since 2024 in the criticism of time tracking?

Applied filtersfrom 2024

Customers have described the offline problem the same way for two and a half years. What’s new is the wish for separate logins for subcontractors.

Coverage note: There is no interview about time tracking from 2025. The statement about the trend over time rests on 2024 and 2026.

Sample questions

Made-up sample data from the fictional vendor “Taktwerk”, the same sample interviews a new workspace starts with. The sample conversations are German and shown here in English; in the product, quotes stay verbatim in the language they were spoken in and word for word in the transcript. ▶ plays that moment in the recording; for transcript-only imports it says “transcript only” instead. This preview has no sound.

Interview insights fade the moment the call ends

Scattered

Recordings sit on OneDrive, notes in personal folders, the rest in people’s heads. Nobody can answer across all of them – and when someone leaves the team, their interview knowledge leaves with them.

Impossible to find

“Didn’t a customer mention that once?” only gets answered if someone happens to remember. Otherwise it means hours of re-listening.

Only the latest calls count

Decisions rest on the two or three most recent interviews instead of all of them. Teams ask questions again that were answered long ago.

From conversation to evidence-backed answer in three steps

  1. Record or upload

Record on-site interviews in the browser, even on a weak connection. Or upload audio, video and transcripts one by one or in bulk. Import Teams meetings straight from Microsoft Teams.

  2. Transcribe and separate speakers

German and English, via an EU-based service (AssemblyAI). Speakers are separated automatically. Name someone once and Discoverify recognizes them in other recordings.

  3. Ask in your own words

Discoverify counts statements across all interviews, shows time range, segments and trend, and backs every point with verbatim quotes and the moment in the audio.

What you see here is what an answer cites later

Every interview carries its customer, segment, date and source – recorded on site, uploaded or imported as a transcript. That is what an answer is built from later: how many customers raised a point, from which segment, and since when. A conversation from 2024 gets asked the same way as yesterday’s.

Sample view of the archive: six interviews from two made-up customers between 2024 and 2026, each with title, language, date, source (recording, upload or transcript), customer, segment and status. Five are fully processed, one is being analyzed right now, and one still has an unconfirmed speaker.

Discoverify · Archive

Sample interviews, made-up companies
Made-up sample data; the interviews and their titles are German, like the sample content a new workspace starts with. In the product, recordings, uploads and imported transcripts sit in the same list, no matter how old they are.

Bring your archive with you

Discoverify pays off with what you already have. Old recordings and old transcripts become just as searchable as tomorrow’s interview – at a price that doesn’t scale with the pile.

Transcripts don’t count against your minutes

Your monthly quota only counts the length of the audio and video files you upload or record in the billing period. Uploaded transcripts (VTT, SRT, DOCX, TXT) don’t count. The number of interviews is not capped.

Many files in one go

Drag audio, video and transcripts into the upload as a batch. Discoverify reads title and date from the file name when there is one; you set customer and segment per file or once for all of them. Every file shows its status, and failed ones say why.

Old conversations count too

An interview from 2023 is just as searchable as yesterday’s. Every answer names the period and the dates – that’s what turns an old pile into a statement about what persists and what changed.

To be straight about it: importing is manual work. You assign customer and segment yourself (set it once and “apply to all” helps), and where you only have a transcript without audio there is no moment to jump to – the quote is still there word for word.

Built for the question nobody else can answer

Search across time

Ask about time ranges and see what’s new, what persists and what customers no longer mention. Time is a filter of its own, not a keyword.

Speaker separation and recognition

Who said what? Name people once and Discoverify recognizes their voice in old and new recordings. You can correct any assignment at any time.

Verbatim, verifiable quotes

Every quote appears word for word in the transcript and plays the exact moment. If Discoverify finds nothing, it says “not found” instead of guessing.

EU data residency

Hosted in Germany, transcription via an EU-based service (AssemblyAI), AI via Amazon Bedrock in the EU. Built German-first for interviews full of product jargon, with your own glossary.

Claude and MCP

Connect Claude Code or Claude Desktop to Discoverify via MCP and ask right from there, with the same evidence as in the app.

All features

Every quote appears word for word in the transcript

In the transcript, Discoverify marks what customers said and assigns it a type: pain point, wish, reason, praise or fact. Those exact passages become the quotes in an answer – checked word for word, not rephrased. One click jumps to the moment in the audio.

Sample view of an interview: at the top the waveform in the colors of the two speakers, below it the transcript of the made-up conversation with Jonas Brandt from Nordlicht Logistik GmbH, German in the product and shown here in English. Discoverify marks the customer statements it detected in color: a pain point (“When the drivers in the warehouse have no signal, the entry is simply gone.”), a wish (“A direct export into our payroll accounting would be worth its weight in gold.”) and praise (“The mobile app for time tracking is easy enough to use, and the new colleagues like it too.”). The toggles below hide one statement type each in the illustration.

Who Discoverify is built for – and who it isn’t

Better settled now than after the trial. Discoverify is a narrow tool for one specific job, not a research operating system.

Built for

  • Product and discovery teams of 1 to 10 people who run customer interviews themselves, on site and online.
  • Teams who already have something lying around: recordings on OneDrive, transcripts in Teams, notes in personal folders. The more there is, the more this pays off.
  • German-language conversations, full of domain terms that generic transcription mangles.
  • Founders and small product teams who do discovery themselves and don’t want to lose any of it.

Not built for

  • Procurement that requires SOC 2 or ISO 27001. We have neither, and we would rather say so here than in a questionnaire.
  • Participant recruiting, panels, incentives or surveys. Discoverify doesn’t source interviews, it works with the ones you ran.
  • AI-moderated interviews. Nobody talks to your customers on your behalf.
  • Teams who need summaries and answers in English. Quotes always stay in the original language, but summaries and answers are written in German today.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI make up quotes?

No. Quotes come from the transcript only and are checked word for word before they are shown. If Discoverify finds no evidence for a question, it says “not found”. The summary of each point is written by Claude, so check important statements against the linked quotes.

Where is my data processed?

Servers and storage are hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Transcription with speaker separation runs through an EU-based service (AssemblyAI); voice recognition stays on our own server. For answers, summaries and semantic search we use Claude and embedding models via Amazon Bedrock in the EU.

Is there an integration for Microsoft Teams or Google Meet?

For Microsoft Teams, yes: connect to Microsoft once and import your own Teams meetings from the last 30 days that you organized and that have a recording or transcript. You pick every meeting yourself. Prerequisites: a workspace admin links your Microsoft 365 organization once, and your Microsoft 365 admin enables transcript access for Microsoft Graph. For Google Meet, you upload the recording or transcript; a direct import is planned.

Which languages are supported?

German and English interviews are transcribed, with speaker separation. Discoverify was built German-first: today, summaries and answers are written in German, while quotes always stay verbatim in the language they were spoken in. Answers in the language of your question are planned. Use the glossary to add product terms, synonyms and common mishearings.

How does the free trial work?

Pick a plan on the pricing page and start checkout. The first 7 days are free, and you can end the trial at any time at no cost. Discoverify is for businesses only; prices exclude VAT.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period: the end of the month on monthly plans, the end of the annual term on yearly plans. You cancel in Paddle’s customer portal, which you open in Discoverify under Settings → Billing. There are no prorated refunds for partial periods.

Can I get my money back if Discoverify isn’t a fit?

Yes, once, as a new customer: request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back. You request it in the Paddle customer portal or via paddle.net. After that, there are no prorated refunds.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything as a ZIP at any time, with metadata as JSON plus the media files. Without an active subscription you can still read and ask; new recordings and uploads are locked.

Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

No, not yet, and we say so openly. The Trust Center lists the technical and organizational measures we have in place.

How do I connect Claude to Discoverify?

Create a personal access token in the settings and add the MCP endpoint to Claude Code or Claude Desktop. Access is read-only and limited to your workspace. A connector for claude.ai is planned.
